Psilocybe Hollandia in the black, red and orange pouch
Psilocybe Hollandia belongs to the truffle line of the producer Mycotek, and its pouch is easy to pick out on the shelf: black, with red and orange waves running across it. Inside are sclerotia, hard nodules of mycelium, the network of fine threads that makes up the body of a fungus. That is why a Hollandia truffle looks nothing like the cap-and-stem mushroom most people picture. The pouch holds either 15 g or 25 g, and both sizes are listed on this page.

What sclerotia are
Fungi form sclerotia as resting structures that let them survive conditions in which the mycelium cannot keep growing. A sclerotium has no cap and no stem, because it is part of the mycelium rather than a fruiting body. The first word of the product name, Psilocybe, refers to a fungal genus that GBIF lists as accepted; the second, Hollandia, is the strain label used by Mycotek. No species is named anywhere on the pouch.
Hollandia within the Mycotek range
Hollandia is one of ten Mycotek strains on the shelf, alongside Utopia, Mycotrop, Pandora, Atlantis, Tampanensis, Mokum, Pajaritos, Fantasia and Mexicana. Each of them is offered at the same two weights, 15 g and 25 g, which leaves the strain name as the real difference between them. By the net weight printed in the lower panel of the front: 15 GR or 25 GR. Colours, strain and producer are the same; you pick the size on this page before adding the item to the cart.
Is Hollandia also sold as a 6 × 1 g pack?
No, Hollandia comes in 15 g and 25 g only. The 6 × 1 g truffle packs in the Microdoses category hold Tampanensis, Atlantis, Mexicana and Mycotrop.
Does the name Hollandia say where the truffles come from?
No. Hollandia is the strain name Mycotek prints on the pack. The pack states no country of origin, so this page does not give one either.
