An order becomes final once payment has been received and accepted.

4. Prices

All prices shown include the applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. The seller is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure. Packaging, tracking and delivery estimates are described on the delivery, tracking and returns page.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers can withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable law. Statutory exceptions apply depending on the nature of the product, for example to sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed. 7. Liability

The seller is not responsible for misuse of products or for any use that breaches the rules in force in the customer’s country.

The customer is responsible for checking the rules and regulations that apply to the ordered products in their country.

10. Final provisions

If any provision of these terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions stay fully applicable.
