Boswellia spp and the name Carterii

Boswellia Roxb. ex Colebr. is an accepted genus of the Burseraceae in GBIF. “Carterii” recalls Boswellia carteri Birdw., a name that the World Checklist of Vascular Plants (WCVP) lists as a synonym of Boswellia sacra Flück.
