Peppermint, the plant on the label
GBIF accepts peppermint as Mentha × piperita L., a hybrid in the Lamiaceae, the mint family; the × marks the hybrid origin and is left out on the label. French speakers call it menthe poivrée, German speakers Pfefferminze. The plant itself is not in the pack: you receive the crystals only, without leaves or oil.
