This Foodsporen oral spray combines three ingredients that are named on the front of the bottle: lion’s mane, the fungus Hericium erinaceus, together with mint and ashwagandha. The liquid comes in a 30 ml pump bottle with a clear protective cap, packed in a purple box with the same design. The ingredients in botanical references
GBIF lists Hericium erinaceus (Bull.) Pers. as an accepted species of the family Hericiaceae, order Russulales; lion’s mane mushroom and bearded tooth are among its English names. Ashwagandha is a vernacular name that GBIF records for Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal, an accepted species of the nightshade family, Solanaceae. The label does not say which mint species is used, so none is named here.

The product photo shows a slim bottle with a white pump head under a clear cap and a purple label with a lion’s mane illustration. The front reads Lion’s Mane and Oral Spray, with mint and ashwagandha on a separate line. The box repeats the design and carries the foodsporen wordmark and the net content of 30 ml. If you prefer a liquid without a pump head, the Foodsporen lion’s mane extract comes in a 30 ml dropper bottle, and the lion’s mane capsules are sold as a jar of 60.
Functional mushrooms: what we know
Reishi, lion’s mane, chaga, cordyceps and maitake have a long history in Asia and Eastern Europe, both in cooking and in traditional medicine.
