Catuaba - Erythroxylum catuaba
Catuaba (Erythroxylum catuaba) has a long history of usage as an aphrodisiac. The Tupi Indians in Brazil first discovered the potency enhancing qualities of the tree and over the last few centuries they have composed many songs praising its wonders.
An infusion of the bark is used in traditional Brazilian medicine as an aphrodisiac and central nervous system stimulant. It's known to improve the flow of blood to the genitals and give more powerful orgasms. *
Usage
Boil 1 to 2 tablespoons in half a litre of water for 15 minutes to get 2 cups of tea. For a stronger effect, mix 30 grams of Catuaba with half a liter of liquor. Leave it for 2 weeks, shaking it every day. A few sips should do the job.
