Valerian is known for its soothing effect on the body. Cramp(s) and headaches and muscle pain are less intense with Valerian and are therefore less energy-consuming. Hop is known for its calming effect on the mind. Hops help reduce nervousness and insomnia. The combination of these two ingredients provides complete physical and mental relaxation.

Ingredients per vegetarian capsule:

Valerian Oil Extract: 210mg.

Hops oil extract: 60mg.

Gelling agent: Glycerin.
