Place the base on the included stand and then on a flat plate or bowl.
Separate your capsules. Insert the longer body half (open end up) into the base, and the shorter cap half into the cover.
Pour about 1.5 tablespoons of your blend into the base holes. Sweep the green card across to fill.
Optionally use the tamper to compact powder and refill if needed.
Place the cover on the base and remove the machine from the stand.
Place it on a flat surface and press down evenly until fully pressed.
Remove the cover. Press gently to eject your 24 filled capsules.
